I am not a traveller, so was quite nervous to plan our overseas move from Australia to Nicaragua! Tanya came highly recommended and with good reason! Tanya held my hand through out the whole process, answering all of my rookie questions and reassuring me. Tanya has an air of confidence about her and for that I am super grateful. I knew I could count on her - our trip had a lot of moving pieces and I'm happy to saying it went incredibly smoothly. Tanya assisted us every step of the way. She is a true professional and she really LOVES travel! I found her passion inspirational and helped relieve so many of my concerns. Moving to Nicaragua is the best thing I've ever done, and I couldn't have done it without the incredible Tanya Moss. If you need to travel anywhere, Tanya at Brisbane Travel Centre is your woman! I can't speak highly enough of her level of service, attention to detail and emotional support for those of us that haven't travelled. Tanya was instrumental in figuring out the best route and deal for me to get the UK from Australia. I was particularly impressed by her knowledge of travel regulations and laws and her thoroughness in finding out the best option for me. I would without doubt recommend Briabane Travel Center looking for a personable tailored service.

Hands down best travel agency I have ever encountered. Tanya and Philine were patient, always reasonable and very well informed. They saved me a ton of money and were able to reroute my flights at the last minute when it seemed I just wouldn't be able to get home. When I dropped in to the office to say thank you in person tears came into my eyes. They really saved me. Wonderful work, kindness and generosity, and every detail of the trip was worked out perfectly. So glad I didn't try to book online myself! I'd give 20 stars if I could.
