What kind of ID do I need to travel domestically and internationally?
You will require a driver’s license or a government-issued photo ID for domestic flights or a passport for international flights.
Do I need a Visa?
Depending on the country you are traveling to, you may require a business, tourist or student visa. The best option is to check with the consulate.
What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket in paperless ticket which allows you to proceed directly through security for check-in at the gate. E-tickets are offered by many of the major airlines. To avoid going to the ticket counter, you will also require a printed boarding pass.
What is the standard baggage allowance?
Baggage allowances vary from airline to airline. You will need to check with the airline you are traveling with or you may call us to find out your baggage allowances.
How many months in advance can I book a flight ticket?
You can book a flight up to 11 months before the travel date.
How do I change my flights?
The rules and restrictions for flight exchanges and cancellations vary greatly from airline to airline. When allowed, airlines require that we collect a fee for the exchange (USD $125 to $350) plus any difference in fare when necessary.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have to cancel a trip, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the type of ticket you purchased. We do recommend taking out cancellation insurance. A full refund is typically offered by all airlines in the case of the death of a family member, provided you are able to produce a death certificate.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds can take 10-40 working days after the clearance from the travel consolidator/airline.
